TRESOR COLOMBIEN AGENCY
SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
Aware of the importance of maintaining sustainable tourism development, and taking into account current tourism legislation, we are committed to carrying out sustainable management in our activities, through the implementation of processes aimed at eliminating, mitigating and preventing negative impacts on the surroundings and the environment of the destinations we market, their culture and natural biodiversity as well as their local communities, so that sustainability processes are optimized within the agency in the tourism field, disseminating with suppliers and partners our programs and sustainability policy as well as campaigns and codes of conduct and prevention against CSEC.
In the same vein, we have adopted this sustainable tourism policy, through which we are committed to meeting the requirements established in the Sectoral Technical Standard NTS-TS 003, which includes legal requirements and management and implementation of good sustainable tourism practices. Thus, we are committed to motivate and train our staff with training and awareness actions on the principles of sustainable tourism, to promote good environmental practices in the environment, to participate in external activities, and to report both internally and externally on the progress and sustainable actions of the agency.
One of our main objectives is to improve sustainable management, assuming commitments to continuous improvement in all areas of sustainability: socio-cultural, economic and environmental, as well as customer satisfaction. To this end, we will act under criteria of sustainability and efficiency in the use of resources in the different activities and operations of the agency as well as in its headquarters.
