FORMALIZATION AND NORMALIZATION OF TOURISM

Tourism comprises all the activities that people carry out during their trips.
For this reason, its intervention from public management must contemplate three crucial aspects:

  • The services, activities and products offered by a territory to satisfactorily guarantee the stay of tourists.

  • The needs, desires, motivations and possibilities that people have to travel to a specific territory and be able to spend at least one day in that destination.

  • The possibility that tourism generates for people to be able to exercise their right to recreation and use of free time.
